Q: Can I buy a single license now and upgrade to another license later?

Yes, you can upgrade within one year by simply paying the price difference.

Q: If we purchase the software, how long will it be supported ?

We provide free support to all our customers for life. Once you order, you will receive 12 months free access to all future upgraded versions of the product. After that year has elapsed we charge next 15% of the purchase price for additional upgrades to the software.

Q: How is DbDefence licensed ?

License is applied on a per server basis. One license will apply to one server, which may have as many databases and as many users as necessary to run that server. If you order a redistribution license, you will receive a license file valid for multiple server installations. With this special license file, you will no longer be required to perform interactive activation with us when time you install DbDefence. The database size is calculated as the sum total of all the data files, excluding the log.

Single License.

For 1 server, many databases, users, CPUs. Requires interactive activation.

Redistribution License.

Royalty free deployment as a part of your software to unlimited number of clients. Activation is optional.
